Hare Krishna Properties is a real estate consultancy based in Varanasi, Uttar Pradesh, India, dealing in residential plots, houses and flats, commercial property, and office, warehouse, store and showroom leasing.

2. Nature of listings

• All property listings, prices, areas, dimensions, road widths, facings and availability shown on this website are indicative and subject to change or withdrawal without notice.
• Prices displayed (including per-square-foot rates, total prices, monthly rents and security deposits) are approximate and for guidance only. Final pricing and terms are confirmed in writing at the time of transaction.
• Images and illustrations used for listings are representational, not photographs of the actual property, unless stated otherwise.

3. No offer or guarantee

Nothing on this website constitutes a legal offer, contract, valuation or investment advice. Real estate values can go up or down; past performance of a locality is not a guarantee of future appreciation. Buyers and tenants should independently verify title, approvals, measurements and legal status before any transaction, and we encourage engaging independent legal counsel.

4. Our role

We act as consultants and facilitators between property owners and buyers/tenants. Brokerage, consultancy fees and scope of service are agreed separately and in writing for each engagement.

5. Use of the website

• You agree not to misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access to restricted areas (including the team Property Manager), scrape content, or use our material for competing commercial purposes without permission.
• All content, branding, design and the Hare Krishna Properties logo are our intellectual property and may not be reproduced without written consent.

8. RERA and compliance

9. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Varanasi, Uttar Pradesh.
